I had a number of projects filling up my camera waiting to be worked up, so here they are.  Over the holiday I had some time to get the family involved in the kitchen.  My son has always enjoyed helping in the kitchen but my daughter has recently shown an increased interest as well.  This recipe didn’t work out as well as I had hoped, so I’m not including it.  It was a sweet potato gnocchi, but it turned out very dense and chewy.  Very pretty though, and just the sort of recipe that is great for children to help with.
