a pretty simple pattern. In the second, I was experimenting with a wave stick. I think that it was not as successful as I would have liked. I think that the scarf was not broad enough to show the patterns of the waves and I played with the density of the warp towards the edges which caused some unevenness in the beat. These were primarily mohair, teeswater with a little bit of rayon.  I separated each fiber type into an equal number of pieces and blended them into each rolag to get a consistent color combination throughout all the rolags. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once I started spinning, I used a modified long-draw and allowed for thick and thin regions.
